Together, they oversee 11 office buildings totaling 4.9 million square feet of commercial space in Hudson Square. For Trinity, this partnership helps diversify its assets, which is key to supporting its ministries worldwide. It also keeps the parish deeply connected to Hudson Square, where it has been a significant property owner for over 300 years. This collaboration highlights Trinity’s ongoing commitment to the neighborhood and to New York City. In April 2016, the joint venture chose Hines as the operating partner for the portfolio, and by June 1, 2016, Hines had officially taken on that role and acquired a minority equity stake.
