Garden Restaurant and Picnics At our garden restaurant, you’ll find a menu full of cheesy favorites and fresh salads, with some classic Dutch dishes like kroketten as well. It’s a family-friendly spot—kids will have a blast with our jungle gym and farm animals. For a bit of fun, you can also enjoy a game of French jeu de boules or try your hand at giant chess. Located at the base of the stunning Magaliesberg Mountain, our farm offers beautiful picnic spots along the peaceful Skeerpoort River. These picnic areas are reserved exclusively for our restaurant guests. We prepare picnic hampers in baskets you get to keep, perfect for one, two, or three people. Each basket includes a cheese platter, cold meats, green salad, pickles and olives, bread and biscuits, seasonal fruit, and sweet Dutch treats. For the little ones, we pack a special knapsack just for them. Our picnics are a favorite for both private gatherings and corporate events. Please note that bookings are essential, and picnic orders should be made at least a day in advance.
