About BierCraft Bistro
Located in the vibrant Cambie Village right by the new Canada Line, BierCraft Bistro serves up an impressive variety of Belgian and craft beers, paired with a tasty menu, friendly service, and great value. Dean Mallel and Don Farion, who together bring over 50 years of restaurant experience, opened their first joint venture, Incendio, back in 1996. They quickly became a local favorite in Gastown for their handcrafted brick oven pizzas and fresh pasta, all at affordable prices. Due to its success, they expanded with a second location, Incendio West, in Kitsilano in October 2001.
