About Brae
Since it started in December 2013, Brae Farm has been run with regenerative farming methods aimed at healing and restoring the land. They follow organic practices to grow seasonal vegetables, stone fruits, citrus, nuts, berries, and olives, including an established grove of over 100 trees that produces organic extra virgin olive oil. Free-range chickens provide fresh eggs, while bees not only make honey but also help with pollination. The ever-changing set menu features ingredients from Brae’s own vegetable gardens and orchards, as well as from the surrounding area and local farmers. This approach highlights a unique, modern cuisine deeply rooted in respect for nature and the seasons.
