Wonderful location. Easy to reach mall road, The Ridge and Jhaku Mandir. Availability of lift is very relaxing there. Cons: bathroom was small, torn bed sheet, house keeping needs improvement, DJ till 11 was disturbing.

Great Stay with Beautiful Views on Mall Road⛰️♥️🌿 I stayed here in 2022 and had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Mall Road, just opposite the Tourism Lift, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The view is absolutely beautiful, especially the valley-facing side. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the service, which felt a bit slow at times. Otherwise, everything was really good. Overall, a great place to stay in Shimla, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Room was good but staff was pathetic.....don't give water, sanitary, room slipper, towel....you need to ask for everything.....for breakfast again you need to ask for cutlery, bowl, serving plate etc.
