Back when Zak and Grant worked at Vons, they often talked about opening their own bottle shop. They wanted to create a unique spot with an outstanding selection of beer and wine, paired with chef-prepared food, all in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Adding artisan cheese and charcuterie felt like a natural fit, and while they were at it, they figured they might as well craft some amazing sandwiches too.
