PJ L’Heureux, the founder of CRAFT, has been passionate about beer since he was 18, when he began brewing his own batches at his parents’ home. While that early attempt didn’t turn into a business, his love for beer only grew stronger. A visit to Portland, Oregon—the heart of America’s craft beer scene—opened his eyes to the rising trend of craft brewing and locally sourced food. Inspired by this experience, PJ dreamed of creating a place where people could enjoy fresh, local dishes alongside a diverse selection of beers from around the world. That vision is what led to the creation of CRAFT Beer Market.
