We cook everything using rice bran oil, often called the "world’s healthiest oil," because it helps reduce cholesterol and other harmful fats. We never use artificial or synthetic colors. Our meat is only from male goats—no beef, pork, or any other kind of meat. For chicken, we use broilers weighing between 700 and 750 grams. Each batch is certified by a medical officer to ensure quality and safety. We use rich, aromatic long-grain Basmati rice that’s not only flavorful but also nutritious, low in fat, and easy to digest. All our spices and ingredients are carefully selected to meet the highest standards of freshness and quality.
