Welcome to e5 Bakehouse, an independent organic bakery nestled in a charmingly revamped railway arch just beneath London Fields Station. Every item we bake, make, or sell reflects our love for traditional artisan techniques, locally sourced organic ingredients, and simply delicious food. Our breads are entirely hand-crafted and baked fresh every morning at sunrise, using flour from nearby mills. At our bakery, a small, dedicated team of bakers, chefs, and baristas work together, and we’re proud to support local artists and entrepreneurs too. We truly believe that creating beautiful, nutritious sourdough loaves takes not just skill, but also respect, care, and a clear conscience—especially when it comes to nurturing our sourdough starter, the heart and soul of our bread.
