Fairouz opened its doors in 2016, founded by Dr. Hussain Rahal and Tony Garcia, in a charming heritage mansion located in Somerset Village, the heart of the capital. This upscale-casual restaurant showcases modern Middle Eastern cuisine, expertly created by Executive Chef Walid El-Tawel and his skilled culinary team. The dishes highlight the finest local ingredients and fresh farm produce, brought to life with traditional Middle Eastern herbs and spices.
