About Gip's Restaurant
Gip’s restaurant is nestled inside Clifford House, one of Toowoomba’s most historic buildings. It occupies the former billiard room of this grand old home. Owners Jon and Julanne McCorley have kept a piece of the city’s history alive by naming the restaurant after James Taylor’s beloved dog, who once lived there.
