Hotel Udaigarh, featuring a rooftop swimming pool, is the result of a passionate restoration of a 150-year-old haveli located in the heart of Udaipur — one of the most romantic cities, set beautifully on the eastern banks of Lake Pichola. We’ve carefully preserved the traditional charm of the haveli while blending in modern comforts and eco-friendly practices to offer a unique stay. When you choose to stay with us, please note that our hotel is nestled in the old city near the famous Lake Pichola, where only auto rickshaws can access the narrow streets. We’re just a short walk from the City Palace complex, making it easy for you to explore the winding lanes filled with tourist shops, rooftop restaurants, and local eateries. As a heritage property, Udaigarh has some limitations — there’s no elevator and no power backup, reflecting the building’s age and conservation status. Also, like many hotels around the lake, we don’t have private parking, but there’s a municipal parking lot nearby, and our front desk team will be happy to assist you with directions and arrangements.
