The name itself means “to eat and to drink” in Kashmiri, reflecting our commitment to traditional flavors. We pride ourselves on staying true to classic recipes, without altering them, so you experience the genuine taste of Kashmir. Our menu is unique — we’re the only restaurant offering Wazwaan, home-cooked dishes, and Kashmiri street food, bringing the rich food culture of Kashmir straight to your table. Since opening our first location in Gurgaon, India, on February 7, 2015, Khyen Chyen has earned numerous awards and recognition within its first year.
