About Los Colibris
Los Colibrís, which means “the hummingbirds,” is Toronto’s first upscale Mexican restaurant offering exceptional hospitality and white linen service. Led by Executive Chef Elia Herrera, we serve authentic, world-class Mexican cuisine in a stylish and spacious setting. Our elegant dining room can accommodate 150 guests, and we also have two private rooms that seat 12 and 50 people, perfect for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations. Plus, our beautiful bar and lounge area is a great spot for hosting unique cocktail events.
