Let’s be honest—when we first opened our doors on June 13th, 2008, we did so with a lot of humility and honesty. Our menu was small, and we took great care in preparing every ingredient and dish. That said, we did make a few mistakes along the way—like the infamous “pistacititos.” Yep, that was actually a spelling error. We tried to cover it up by saying pistacititos were Sicilian pistachios, but that wasn’t true. Sorry to anyone who had to explain that one to their local grocery clerk! Since then, we’ve gotten much better at proofreading and continue to source the best ingredients to serve you the best food possible. The restaurant still feels like an extension of Bobby’s family dinner table—loud, fun, sometimes educational, and always welcoming. Our menu has grown, and our team is dedicated to making your visit truly memorable. We want you to become regulars, share your stories with us, and maybe even hear a few of ours in return.
