About Raymonds Restaurant
Raymonds is the result of a partnership between two Jeremys: head chef Jeremy Charles and restaurant manager and sommelier Jeremy Bonia. After two years of thoughtful planning and construction, Raymonds opened its doors in November 2010. The restaurant pays tribute to two important men in the lives of the Jeremys—Charles’ grandfather, Raymond Baggs, and Bonia’s father, Raymond Bonia. Set in a beautiful building that showcases Newfoundland and Labrador’s classic architecture from 1915, Raymonds offers stunning views of St. John’s harbour.
