About Sabor Restaurant
Back in 2007, with the European economy slowing down and a bit of encouragement from Christian, Lino and Debbie decided to move back to Edmonton after spending more than ten years working in Portugal. They quickly started planning to open a restaurant that combined their shared love for food and music—and that’s how SABOR was born, fulfilling a dream they had held for years. SABOR showcases the vibrant flavors of Iberian coastal cuisine, focusing on sustainable seafood, all brought to life with lively Latin-inspired music. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a celebration of the friendship and passion that brought these two friends together to create something truly special.
