About Sage Restaurant
Our farm grows top-quality organic herbs and vegetables, nurtured right here in the local soil, to delight both Sage customers and staff with the best flavors we can harvest nearby. Once finished, the Sage farm—with its beautiful gardens and ponds—will be a perfect spot for weekend visits and events, just minutes from the city. We already raise over 100 Black Angus cattle and Suffolk sheep, and we're planning to add a chicken coop soon.
