About Sebiz Square

Sebiz Finishing School, commonly known as SFS, was established over 17 years ago to address a talent shortage at our parent companies, Sebiz and Netsmartz. Back then, finding well-trained fresh graduates was a real challenge, and most IT companies had to spend four to six months training new hires before they could contribute effectively to projects. That’s why we created SFS—to train fresh IT graduates in the latest technologies and give them hands-on experience through live projects. This approach allowed us to bring these talented individuals on board and have them working on client projects from day one. The program was such a success that other IT companies soon wanted to hire our graduates as well. Since then, SFS has grown rapidly and never looked back. Today, we’re proud to have some of the best faculty in the region—many with over a decade of industry experience. Our campus features top-notch infrastructure, including advanced computer systems, high-speed internet, sports facilities, a well-stocked library, a comfortable cafeteria, and a strong placement program to support our students’ career success.
