Southern Bakery Equipment was founded in 1996 by Stephen Eagles and Nigel Scoones, who both previously worked with the well-known German bakery company Werner and Pfleiderer. Together, they bring nearly 50 years of baking industry experience in South Africa. Southern Bakery Equipment offers a full range of new and factory-refurbished bakery machinery, including ovens, provers, mixers, moulders, dividers, and everything needed to set up complete in-store bakeries, pie and biscuit production lines, restaurants, and delis. Their solutions cater to bakeries of all sizes, from small batches of around 20 loaves to large-scale operations producing up to 2,500 loaves per hour.
