At The Sweet North Bakery, we’re passionate about using high-quality, local ingredients. We source flour from Brule Creek Farms, cheese from Thunder Oak Cheese Farm, and even use jam, honey, fruits, veggies, and beer from Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. When you choose The Sweet North, you’re supporting a whole community of local businesses. Everything we offer is made from scratch right here—from the meats in our sandwiches and our condiments to the buns, salad dressings, and jams. We’re proud to call Thunder Bay home and love showcasing the unique flavors of Northwestern Ontario in everything we create.
