About TMC Shipping

At TMC Shipping, our crew is divided into two main departments on board the ship. The deck department is responsible for navigating and operating the ship, while the engine department handles all the technical and mechanical aspects to keep the vessel running smoothly. To qualify for our Graduate Marine Engineer (GME) course, candidates must meet the following criteria: 1. Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture and Computer-Aided Design from a UGC-recognized college or university. 2. Have secured at least 50% marks in the final year of graduation, as well as at least 50% in English either in the degree or in the 10th or 12th standard. 3. Meet the medical standards set by the Directorate General of Shipping. Medical examinations can be completed by approved doctors. 4. Be no older than 28 years at the time of admission. We’re committed to training professionals who excel both technically and operationally to keep ships safe and efficient at sea.
