Let’s talk history! Uli’s has been a beloved spot on the White Rock strip for over 30 years. It all started with Ulrich Blume, who drew inspiration from his travels to create our unique, Euro-inspired menu. Those original values have stayed with us through the years. Today, Ulrich’s son, Tyson Blume, is running the show, bringing a fresh twist with seasonal European-inspired dishes. We’re passionate about true farm-to-table dining, sourcing ingredients from across British Columbia to ensure every dish features the freshest, highest-quality products. Because of this commitment, our menu changes slightly with the seasons, so there’s always something new to discover. But we don’t stop at great food. Our drink list is just as carefully curated, featuring quirky craft beers, rare wines, and classic pre-prohibition cocktails. We also love hosting tasting events that pair thoughtfully selected drinks with a four-course meal — a perfect way to enjoy good food and great company. We can’t wait to welcome you!
