About Woodlot
At Woodlot, our kitchen centers around our hand-built wood-fired oven, which brings to life a range of sourdough breads and inventive Canadian comfort dishes. We offer two seasonal menus: one that highlights creations from our artisanal meat suppliers, and another crafted especially for our vegetarian guests. To complement the food and atmosphere, we feature a carefully curated and ever-changing selection of natural wines, craft beers from local microbreweries, and seasonal cocktails.
