Upper Crust gets its name from the crispy, oven-baked top layer of its products, and it also reflects its target audience—the upscale, modern crowd of India. Founded on April 1, 1989, by Lester D'Souza, who trained at IHM and Taj Mansingh in Delhi, Upper Crust began as his dream project. Since opening the first outlet on CG Road, he has grown the brand significantly.
