About Crossroads Brewing Compan
After years of searching for the perfect spot to bring their dream to life, Ken Landin and Janine Bennett bought the Brooks Opera House in October 2009. After a year of renovations, Crossroads Brewing Company opened its doors on October 1, 2010, featuring a 7-barrel brew house and a cozy tasting room where their very first brew was poured. But the journey didn’t stop there — renovations continued, and by June 2011, the pub was open, followed by a full kitchen and restaurant in June 2012. This historic building has once again become a centerpiece of the charming riverside village, just as it was back in 1893. Early on, Crossroads earned notable recognition, winning the Matthew Vassar Cup for Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley in 2011, as well as the inaugural John Cahlen Award for Best IPA or Pale Ale in New York State. Head Brewer Adam Krawczak crafts quality, ever-changing craft ales, so there’s always something new to enjoy on our 10 rotating taps. Executive Chef Paul Parillo has put together a delicious menu highlighting meats, produce, and cheeses from farms throughout the Hudson Valley. Our wine list also features selections from several New York State wineries. Ken, Janine, and the entire Crossroads team are thrilled to share the very best of the region with you — from exceptional craft beer to fresh, farm-to-table food — all served up in a warm, welcoming setting. Cheers!
