Our family of Manitoba farmers grows organic grains right here at home, which we use fresh in our bakery. We mill our whole grain flour daily on-site with stone mills to keep things as natural and fresh as possible. Our bakers are truly passionate about their craft, pouring care and skill into every batch. For us, bread is more than just food—it’s nourishment for the body and soul.
